Warranty & Returns
WARRANTY
We will always try to assist buyers with issues that may arise with products they purchase. However, all warranty claims will be treated on a case by case basis.
Please contact us with details of the item and problem to initiate a warranty claim. Once we have reviewed your claim, we will respond to you detailing the address to return the warranty items.
Postage costs for warranty claims will be the responsibility of the sender.
RETURNS
Exchanges:
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items for exchange must be in original and unused condition and in the packaging in which you received them.
Postage costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the sender. Include details of what item the order is to be exchanged for. This will be processed once the item to be exchanged is received.
An additional $10 return postage charge will be applied for all items exchanged, as well as any price difference between the original and exchange item(s) chosen. You will receive an email when the exchange is dispatched.
Refunds:
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items for refund must be in original unused condition and in the packaging in which you received them.
Postage costs for refunds will be the responsibility of the sender.
You will receive an email when the returned parcel has been received and the order total will be refunded back into the appropriate account within 7 working days. Any postage charges applied to the original order (if applicable) will not be refunded.
